The Dan Faulkner Group

Dan Faulkner

Born in Redmond, Dan is a native of the area.  Attending local schools, including the University of Washington, as well as experiencing all that the area has to offer, has given Dan a unique perspective on the Eastside and Seattle.  This breadth of knowledge of schools, parks, commutes, and neighborhoods, makes him able to tend to your needs in a very in-depth way.
Graduating from the University of Washington in 2005, Dan initially had plans to go to law school.  However, the real estate business pulled him in, and starting straight out of college, he’s never looked back.  His favorite part of being in real estate is building the relationships with his clients.  For him, there’s nothing better than seeing his clients grow into their homes and truly getting to know them and their families.

In his spare time, Dan enjoys reading, hiking, running, martial arts, and watching football (Seahawks and UW!).  He is also involved with several local non-profits, including the Foundation for Venezuelan Education and Culture and Youth Eastside Services.

Tisha Giulini, Operations Manager

Tisha moved 21 times and lived in 11 states before settling in the Seattle area in 2012. After renting in the area for several years, Kelsey and Dan helped them purchase a home. Tisha was a stay at home mom for sixteen years, then decided to look for a job since her two children were in middle school and high school. Dan posted a Facebook message when he needed some temporary help and she started working part-time in his office in January of 2017.  By February,  all parties agreed that she needed to be a permanent fixture on the team!  It has been a great opportunity to get back in the workforce and still have the flexibility to take care of her family and volunteer duties.

She enjoys reading, riding bikes, hiking, gardening, cooking, entertaining, and doing crafts. Her family has gone camping for the last decade in CA, TX, and WA in tents and a pop-up camper. Since it usually rains and/or hails during their trips in WA, they’re glad to now travel with a camping trailer. This summer will be her and her husband, Chris’ 20th anniversary and they’re planning a trip down the OR coast in the camper while the kids are at a teen summer camp.

Volunteering in her community is also important to Tisha and she enjoys working with several church and school organizations. Much of her volunteering time is spent as the Liberty High PTSA treasurer, and she looks forward to next year in the role as well.

After living in many different states around the country, Tisha and her family look forward to learning more about the Pacific Northwest and exploring campgrounds in the area with their rescue dog Tommy, an adorable mutt.

Tisha has been a huge asset to our team.  She helps keep us organized, pays attention to all the little details and adds a great touch of creativity and fun!

Kelsey Keener, Lead Buyer’s Specialist
Kelsey is also a Washington native, and having spent many years South of I-90, she brings valuable experience and expertise to an area that has seen a surge in buyers.  This works out well since she is the lead buyer’s specialist for the Dan Faulkner Group.   Prior to signing on with Dan, she has over 5 years of lending experience and over 6 years in investments. Needless to say, working directly with clients is something she has always been passionate about.  She is thrilled that her role takes her out from behind a desk and into the field. As some of her personal hobbies include gardening, crafting and antiquing she loves the fact that exploring a variety of homes is part of her daily routine!

A 1930’s farm house in a dairy town is where Kelsey calls home.  She resides there along with her husband AJ, daughter Elizabeth, dog, and cat.  She loves the small town community and how much space she has now for her garden!  AJ works in construction management so even though both their jobs take them all over they love the home they’ve created together and wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!

Greg Willis, Buyer’s Agent

Greg started with the team in 2016 and brings vast customer service experience from his 15 years working in Las Vegas Hotels and Casinos. The majority of his work experience in Las Vegas was at the 5-Star service rated Wynn and Encore Casinos where he managed several different departments over the span of 10 years.  Greg’s innate 5-Star service-oriented philosophy transitioned perfectly into the Real Estate world. His daily focus is to exceed our client’s expectations by proactively communicating and anticipating their needs.
Greg and his wife Regina met while working together at Wynn Las Vegas in 2006.  When living in the desert, they took full advantage of what the local outdoor area offered and frequently traveled to parks such as Zion National Park, Death Valley, Red Rock, Mammoth Lakes, Mt. Charleston, Bryce Canyon National Park, and of course, their favorite, the Grand Canyon where Greg proposed in 2010.  Not only did they enjoy traveling to nearby desert parks, but they also traveled to Japan for their friend’s wedding, sailing through the Caribbean twice, and island hopping in Hawaii (where Regina’s from).
In 2013, Greg and Regina married in Olowalu on Maui (Regina’s hometown).  Shortly after, they decide to relocate to Western Washington to be closer to several of her family members and to start a family of their own. In May of 2016 they welcomed a happy and healthy baby girl, Esme Lanakila Willis. Since the new addition to their family, Regina has taken some time away from her hospitality management career to focus on taking on the biggest most important responsibility of her life… Motherhood.
When Greg is not diligently working for his clients, he enjoys spending time with his family and showing Esme all the outdoor beauty the PNW has to offer.  In the summer,  the family (including their two small rescue pups) enjoy sightseeing around the San Juan islands and beyond. In the winter, Greg enjoys the steep slopes on his skis while the rest of the family stays close to the fireplace sipping on hot cider.  Greg looks forward to exploring more of the PNW with Esme as she grows older. He hopes she will share in his passion for hiking, skiing, and just getting dirty!
