- Meet with you in person to discuss your goals, wants, and needs, and work on getting the search set up.
- Access to my network of highly skilled service providers, including a mortgage lender, insurance provider, title, escrow, etc.
- Create a detailed, customized search for you on the MLS. This encompasses all listings from all companies, and will email you the second a new listing comes on the market. This ensures that nothing slips through the cracks.
The offer process
- Research all comparable sales to arrive at a logical offering price, to set the framework for negotiating the best possible deal for you.
- Prepare all the necessary paperwork and contingencies to provide you the proper protection, and allow us to complete all necessary research on the home.
- Negotiate strongly on your behalf. It’s not about me, it’s about you!
Finishing the escrow period!
- Constant, in-depth communication. My commitment to you is to keep you updated every step of the way, and always returning all calls, emails, and texts, in a timely fashion.
- My assistant helps me in monitoring all the timelines in the contract, including earnest money deposits, title delivery timelines, financing timelines, inspection timelines, and septic/well timelines.
- Negotiate a favorable inspection based off the inspection results. Ensure that you get compensated fairly for whatever issues a home may have.
- Work closely with your mortgage lender to ensure the process goes as smoothly as possible.
- Handle any title or escrow issues that may come up during the escrow process.
- Accompany you to your signing appointment, and review all key paperwork to make sure everything is accurate.
